BPC (BeepCoin) is the native currency of the Steroid 4.0 blockchain and is fully integrated into the BeepXtra network, used for payments, rewards, and fees across the platform. You can acquire BPC through your BeepXtra account or in the BeepXtra App, which supports top-ups from BTC and LTC. Log in to your Beep account and follow the top-up flow to get started.
A masternode is a dedicated server that performs special functions on the Steroid 4.0 blockchain — instant transaction validation and network governance. In return for this service, the Steroid 4.0 blockchain pays the operator a share of block rewards and transaction fees processed. BeepXtra operates several masternodes for its implementation, and also offers the MasterNodeShare scheme that lets you own a proportional slice of those rewards.
Yes. You can withdraw your stake at any time from your Beep dashboard. Withdrawal reduces your share of the node proportionally and stops future earnings from that amount. Important: any accumulated rewards below the 10 BPC payout threshold are forfeited on withdrawal — this is shown clearly before you confirm.
We pull the most recent block reward transactions from the Steroid network in real time, sum the BPC earned, and divide by the time window to get a daily rate. Your share is: daily rate × (your contribution ÷ 250,000). Because masternode rewards depend on network activity, the rate varies — we show a rolling average from recent blocks, not a fixed projection. Actual rewards are calculated and distributed based on what was earned by the masternode and your share of the pool for that masternode.
Your Beep account is linked to a Steroid wallet — that's where your BPC rewards are sent. Without an account, we have no verified wallet to pay into and no way to track your contribution. Creating a Beep account is free and takes under two minutes.
Any accumulated rewards below the 10 BPC payout threshold are forfeited when you withdraw. This is shown clearly on the withdrawal confirmation screen. The 10 BPC threshold exists to keep on-chain transactions economically viable — sending tiny amounts would cost more in fees than they're worth. Existing rewards you have already received are safe in your wallet and are not affected.
