No special hardware is required. BeepOTS runs on any internet-connected tablet, laptop, or desktop. Alternatively, you can use our API to integrate BeepXtra into your existing system.
Your customer needs either a free BeepXtra card (physical card sent in the post) or the BeepXtra app on their smartphone. Both are free to obtain.
Payments are settled instantly in your BeepXtra Wallet. Withdrawal options and settlement schedules are detailed in your merchant dashboard. Contact our team for specific settlement arrangements.
No. BeepXtra payments are blockchain powered and are final at the point of transaction. There is no chargeback mechanism, which protects merchants from fraudulent reversal claims.

Beep Rewards are points you earn automatically every time you shop at a BeepXtra merchant. They accumulate in your account and can be spent like cash at any BeepXtra shop.

No. A BeepXtra account is not a bank account and does not require you to have one. Your BeepXtra balance is separate from any bank account.
BPC is the native currency of the Steroid 4.0 network that powers BeepXtra. It is used for all transactions, loyalty rewards, network fees, and Masternode collateral. See the BPC Coin page for details.
A Masternode requires 250,000 BPC as collateral, approximately $25,000 at current prices. 60 months hosted plan included. See the Masternodes page for details.
