The Beep2Pay App Is Now Live on Android and iOS

The Beep2Pay merchant app is here. Business owners, managers, and cashiers can now process all BeepXtra transactions directly from a phone or tablet — no desktop required. The app is live on Android and has been submitted to the Apple App Store, with iOS availability coming shortly.

Four ways to process a transaction

Every transaction type is available from a single screen. Switch between Payment, Cashback, Top-Up, and QR Scan tabs to handle any customer interaction without leaving the app.

PIN payment

Find a customer by card number or email, enter their PIN, and process — the entire flow takes seconds. The currency is automatically set based on your outlet's location.

Approve via the BeepXtra app

For customers who have the BeepXtra app installed, you can send a payment request directly to their phone. They approve or decline from their device — no PIN required. The POS screen shows live status and a countdown while you wait.

QR Scan

Point the camera at a customer's BeepXtra QR code to look them up instantly, then choose whether to process a payment or cashback for that visit.

Register new clients on the spot

If a customer isn't in the system yet, you can register them directly from the POS screen — name, email, and optionally their card number — without switching to another tool.

Transaction History

Reports screen with date filters

Owners, admins, and managers have access to a full transactions screen with quick-select date ranges: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, and This month. Results are paginated and show member name, cashier, cashback amount, and masked card number.

Recent transactions on your dashboard

Your last three transactions appear on the dashboard home screen so you can confirm a completed sale at a glance, without opening the full reports screen.

Live BPC rate

The dashboard shows the current exchange rate for your outlet's currency in real time — so you always know the BPC value of each transaction before you process it.

Quick actions

Jump straight to Payment, Cashback, or Top-Up from the dashboard home screen — one tap to start the next transaction.

Accounts & Access

Role-based access

Each team member logs in with their own account. Owners and admins see everything. Managers can process transactions and view reports. Cashiers can process transactions only — reports and settings are not visible to them.

Multi-outlet support

If your account manages more than one outlet, you can switch between them after login without logging out.

Stay logged in

The app keeps you logged in between sessions. You only need to sign in again if you log out manually.
