Beepxtra Code Of Conduct

 

General

The company is Beep Xtra Limited trading as Beepxtra.

Members are freely registered affiliates who pay no fees for this membership but agree to abide by Terms of Use and this Code of Conduct.

All Beep members agree upon accepting the Terms of Use to also abide by the Code of Conduct.
This Code of Conduct is different and separate from the Terms of Use as it reflects the way Beep carries out its business and expects all its members to follow this philosophy.

This Code of Conduct states Beepxtra's position on issues that any customers, suppliers, associated people or businesses might consider to be important criteria in dealing with Beepxtra.

Another purpose of the Code of Conduct is that in the day to day activities of the company certain matters may get overlooked only to surface later and cause problems because they've not initially been properly explained or understood.

The Beep Code of Conduct provides a solid and fair code and establishes a clear common understanding of expectations between Beepxtra and its members.

Crosslining

Crosslining is defined in the sales media videos. Beep members agree that giving advice crossline is to be avoided. All Beep members agree to keep Beep business conversations with crossline members to a minimum.

Cross-Pitching

Cross-Pitching is deliberately targeting another Beep member to entice them into another business.

Cross-Pitching is permitted frontline only. A definition of frontline is found in sales media videos.

Defaming other members

Beep understands that not all people will get along harmoniously, however it is forbidden to defame a Beep member to another Beep member. It is also forbidden to defame a Beep member via any public domain media.

Defaming the company

It is forbidden to defame the company in any public domain. All violations of this will result in immediate termination of membership.

Defaming other companies

It is forbidden for any member to defame any other companies in the public domain whilst also stating their membership of Beep, which could in turn bring Beep into disrepute with the said company.

Affiliate payment card program

This program is provided for the convenience of members to receive commissions. It is strictly forbidden to promote in the public domain this program as a method to entice potential members to join the company. The definition of public domain is as follows but this list is not exhaustive and is supplied for clarity

For clarity any mention of this program is permissible as long as it is made behind a password controlled portal or opt in system, with the assurance that it never reaches freely accessible public domain.

For avoidance of doubt any member has the right to voice and/or communicate their opinion to any other person on a one to one basis as long as this is not publicly audible or visible.

Members found publicly promoting the affiliate payment card program will be immediately suspended without warning or contact, and if within 90 days were found to be willfully promoting the program publicly will have their membership terminated, and be subject to civil proceedings for company losses as a result of willful negligence.

Members own advertising media

Should any member decide that they wish to advertise their Beep business in any public domain, they should forward a provisional copy to [email protected]

No public domain information should be made available without the approval of the compliance department.

Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the highest degree of integrity in all our dealings with potential, current and past clients, both in terms of normal commercial confidentiality, and the protection of all personal information received in the course of providing the business services concerned. We extend the same standards to all our customers, suppliers and associates.

Ethics

We always conduct our own services honestly and honorably, and expect our clients and suppliers to do the same. Our advice, strategic assistance and the methods imparted through our training, take proper account of ethical considerations, together with the protection and enhancement of the moral position of our clients and suppliers.

Duty of care

Our actions and advice will always conform to relevant law, and we believe that all businesses and organizations, should avoid causing any adverse effect on the human rights of people in the organizations we deal with, the local and wider environments, and the well-being of society at large.

Intellectual property and moral rights

We retain the moral rights in, and ownership of, all intellectual property that we create unless agreed otherwise in advance with our clients. In return we respect the moral and intellectual copyright vested in our clients' intellectual property.

Quality assurance

We maintain the quality of what we do through constant ongoing review with our clients, of all aims, activities, outcomes and the cost-effectiveness of every activity.

Professional conduct

We conduct all of our activities professionally and with integrity. We take great care to be completely objective in our judgement and any recommendations that we give, so that issues are never influenced by anything other than the best and proper interests of our clients.

Equality and discrimination

We always strive to be fair and objective in our advice and actions, and we are never influenced in our decisions, actions or recommendations by issues of gender, race, creed, colour, age or personal disability.

Vigilance & reporting

We expect any member who witnesses any fraudulent or corrupt behaviour to report this to Beep. We also expect any members to report any breaches of this Code of Conduct

Conflicts of interest

All members will ensure personal or financial interests do not conflict with their ability to perform as a Beep member

All members will manage and declare any conflict of interest

Where conflicts of interest do arise, members will ensure they are managed in the public interest.

Unacceptable behaviour

The following are acts which the company considers unacceptable. Any member found engaging in these acts will have their membership immediately suspended and after a 90 day review if no mitigating circumstances are brought to bear the account will be terminated.
